As I sit here listening to the Beatles, I feel like writing about Cal Nutrasciences and what it has done for my wife and I. First off, we started losing weight like crazy when we first started. But to be honest, though we are still losing, the speed that we are losing weight has slowed down. I feel that this is probably because we have stopped drinking as many smoothies as we were. And also we have gotten kind of laxidasical about other things such as taking our Accelerate as often as we should. Also we have gotten kind of lazy about using Cheat on every meal.

I guess the object lesson we are learning here is that if you don’t stick with the products and use them according to the directions they just won’t work as well. It can be easy to get off the plan and go back to your old way of doing things. And it doesn’t take long for it to show. The beauty of this product is if you do use it regularly it will take the weight off and then truly keep it off.

But it does take a little discipline. It is very easy to get lazy and just start going back to your old ways. My wife and I are going to make a concentrated effort to stick to the plan and keep the weight coming off. Core4 truly does work very well. Think about your readers and how they can learn from your experiences. Try to be descriptive in your writing. Do your best to paint a vivid mental picture for your readers.

It is always best to write about something you have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about. You can write something different every time or you can write a series of posts on a particular subject. Write about any new ideas that have come to mind or problems you have had and how you solved them. Write about deep insights that have been revealed to you, and good resources you have discovered.

Review articles and books that you have read and found interesting. Describe how you have learned from these things and how they have helped or hindered you. Dig deep to come up with quality content. Read other blogs to give you good ideas on things to write about. Read and research your material thoroughly.

Always try to be positive. I was always taught that if you don’t have anything good to say then don’t say it. It is the same with writing. If the subject your writing about is too negative change directions and write about something else. It is always better to stay up beat and maintain a high level of energy.

It’s good to raise important issues, but don’t try to force your personal beliefs on others, this is only asking for trouble. Be concise and to the point, don’t let yourself wander keep to the subject. Be open and enjoy yourself. Have fun with your writing, and your readers will have fun with it to.

Post often if you don’t your readership will drop off quickly. Keep posting regularly and you will keep your readers coming back for more. Make sure you are knowledgeable about what you are writing about.
